If one morning I feel like changing pancake always propose the following:

With pancake break open an egg on top, put the piece of ham and so as such we put in the oven. After one minute we will see the white of the egg begins to gel, this is the time, being very careful not to burn, remove from oven and fold the crepe into a square ends, they will remain stuck. We turn to put in the oven and leave until the egg is to our liking.
