Whole kitchen salt in its proposal for the month of February we invited to prepare a fresh homemade pasta.

For I used tagliatelle pasta recipe by substituting fresh blog flour, whole wheat flour.

Ingredients 350 grams of spaghetti. (In this case integral pasta)
, 2 cloves garlic,
1 kilo of fresh clams,
2 tablespoons chopped parsley,
oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation
Wash and drain the clams in a large bowl full of water with 2 tablespoons of salt per liter of water to dispose the sand. After ½ hour, remove and drain the clams.

Prepare a large skillet with a little oil and introduces the clams in it, cover the fire pan and dispose I live 3 minutes to open. Remove clams and deposited in a bowl eliminating those that have not been opened. Strain the cooking liquid, mix with equal quantity of water and reserve. Cook the spaghetti in a pot with water and a pinch of salt until you see are al dente, then drain and reserve.
Peel and chop the garlic, fry in a large skillet with a splash of oil for about 3 minutes, then added the clams and the liquid you reserved, continues through the cooking a couple of minutes and sprinkle with a pinch clams pepper and chopped parsley.
Add the spaghetti and saute quickly stirring the whole for a while. Serves hot this rich dish.
