trampó Coca
The trap is a traditional dish in Mallorca, is a mixture of equal parts of tomato, green pepper , onion, oil and salt, all cut into small pieces. It is very typical in summer and is the basis of this coca.
Ingredients
-3 cups of warm water
-1, 1 / 2 cup oil
-1, 1 / 2 lard
-1kg of flour
Mix flour butter with oil and water and let knead until well combined but little worked, dilute the yeast in warm water and add it. Spread the dough on a tin or baking tin. Bake about 25 minutes to heat up and down.
