Ingredients per person:

A lemon yogurt.

A egg
-
Lemon rind
-
Icing.

add in a glass While lemon yogurt whipped to creamy. Add the lemon zest.

Mounted whites until stiff. In my case, I rode with the whisk attachment on my blender Braun. First speed 7 and I gradually increasing speed. Add the icing sugar while beating with mixer.


Once assembled the whites carefully distributed the cups and the result is delicious.
